In collaboration with Photographer Max Lautenschläger,  and together with 3D Generalist Moritz Zauleck, we have produced some digital image wizardry. Enhancing photographs with the help of CGI and AfterEffects, was quite an interesting challenge.

The yellow boxes (technical term: balise) in the track are the crucial element for exchanging information between the vehicle and the rail infrastructure by wireless signal.

The digitization of the railway system brings intelligent networking of infrastructure and vehicles.

Modern fiber optic cables transmit encrypted information between signal boxes and the infrastructure.

The ETCS-standard (European Train Control System) is the basis for international interoperability.
